PostKit collects the minimum information necessary to provide our service: your email address (for account creation), brand profile information (to generate content), and payment information (processed securely through Stripe).
Your brand profile information is used solely to generate social media content tailored to your business. We do not sell, share, or use your information for any purpose other than providing the PostKit service.
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Generated content is stored in your personal account and is not shared with other users.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@getpostkit.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
